ZEBRA PRINTERS NOW SUPPORTED

Prepsafe food labels is pleased to announce that our PREPPY® consoles now support ZEBRA commercial grade printers

This is a fantastic development ensuring years of trouble free reliable printing. The Zebra units are also servicable and spare parts are avaliable worldwide ensuring that your investment will be supported for years to come.

The LP 2824 plus™ redefines the compact printer class. It fits into areas other printers cannot, whilst withstanding rough handling. Achieving a print speed of 4 Prepsafe food grade Labels per second, all you food prep will neatly labeled in seconds rather than hours

New PREPPY® consoles will still be shipped with software drivers that support existing DYMO printers. Models supported include the LW300 and LW400 series (Please note LW450 printers are not recomended)

Our label console "Preppy" is a programmable user friendly device that calculates use by dates for prepared food, then prints food grade removable labels to affix to the storage containers. Staff training is minimal as the operator only needs to input a few keystrokes into "Preppy" to produce neat, clear and accurate labels in seconds.

Labels contain all the vital information about the prepared product. This includes the employee, product, date and time prepared along with the use by date and time. "Preppy" will print defrost labels and recalculate use by dates depending on the time the product has been defrosting.

Preppy is also fully user programmable via either the inbuilt keypad or USB stick with our PREPPY® edit software suite. The PREPPY® console uses a stand alone ZEBRA direct thermal printer to produce the date coded food safety labels. ZEBRA are world leaders in manufacturing commercial printers and considering the harsh environment of a modern commercial kitchen Zebra is the ideal product
